No ...
Not hurt ...
Couldn't give you that grim satisfaction.
Never.
Quick ... Repress.
In a standard and spiteful mocking friendship.
Quick ... Restrain.
Good.
Now ... not suprised at all.
Very predictable, rather boring,
Slightly disappointed
That you had to prove
Two's company ... three's a crowd.
The hurtful hints.
Very subtle.
Who gave you a coward's liscence?
Onwards to experience.
Somewhere. Sometime. Someone.
No rejection. No criticism.
No microscope ...
Never.
A rejection of the petty falseness,
Of shallow conversation and social formalities.
First and understanding.
Then an existance in paradise.
A frivolous irresponsibility
Gaiety intermingled with natural sensitivity
Never.
"All thought and weary struggle into consciousness"
Goodbye Mr Lawrence.
My fault?
Is perception a fault?
A stark realization.
That in your company.
Ones company, three's a crowd.
