was it the artist's intention or did it just accidentally happen?, as if from divine inspiration, or from that long-awaited-for-lightning-bolt that strikes us now & again, best to stand out in the open during an electrical storm, if you are middle-class & in need of a little hobby on the side, you should have a thought within minutes, that's if you really are artists, oh but aren't we all?, now the creation of the artist is never intentional, it is deadly inspired from somewhere, yet we just don't know from where, it's magic!, it's amazing!, it's a goddamn miracle!, i just don't know where it comes from, it just hits me all of a sudden, that's why it's not to be taken too seriously within this society, you don't have to be educated in art, who's to say what is good art & what is bad art?, it's just a matter of opinion, art education is useless to the artist, you learn it on the streets & in the bohemian cafes, that's if your suburb has bohemian cafes, artists are organic, they spring up like weeds, like little divinely-inspired accidents amongst us, that's why they cannot receive a minimum wage for their work, that is why they are to be taken off the dole & assimilated eventually |
