in public places/ & furthermore
to have their nipples covered
by an opaque layer of fabric/
except on beaches & in campsites
where nudism is permitted/ men
will also keep their legs
discreetly closed on public
transport & in restaurants/ or
in any other public places
where the public may other-
wise be offended/ when scratching
men should wear pockets/ or slip
quietly into telephone boxes/ men
are now required to be as small
as possible & so light that the
wind could blow them over | |
