the vivisector said, 'i can see that you are becoming very upset, you obviously feel very emotional about what you are doing, i can see that it is your cause, & that your cause is important to you, but everyone has their opinion & if you want to believe that this is cruel, that what i am doing is cruel to animals, then that's your opinion, but no need to raise your voice, now that's becoming abusive, why pick on me?, there are plenty of other people to pick on, to push your opinions onto, you'll never change people's attitudes by behaving like that, now you have your opinion & i have my opinion, & who's to say who's right & who's wrong?, now i support what you're doing to an extent, & i understand where you are coming from', stop!, you may think that this is a rational vivisector, talking to an irrational animal rights activist, but this is actually a video tape recording, of a vivisector talking to a live beagle that he is operating on, the beagle's body has been completely opened up from neck to abdomen, the heart is still beating, as the beagle makes a protest against animal torture by fighting for its life, during this government-funded experiment, the heart of a pig is being placed in the chest of the beagle, so that the pig's heart, taken from the destroyed pig's body, will beat inside the beagle's vivisected body for a few minutes, before that beagle's body longs for the beagle's heart, left ruined on the other table, by the talkative vivisector, who now says, whilst producing a handkerchief, 'i will have you know, that it is not because you have contacted the media, but because i am a compassionate human being, that i am wiping my green spit from your face, i like dogs, i have a couple myself' |
