CORAL HULL: THIRTY SIX HOURS
MIDDAY MOUNTAIN LOAM

Lance Loam came plummeting out if the earth of the midday mountain, his tortured mind savage from pressures of earth core. Mother earth had spat him out onto the edges of time once more. His wings were bent and bloody from igneous vomit and conglomerate wedges.

His crooked lips were stuck together with heat crystals. He can barely open his mouth to scream. He has been to hell and back undefeated. Mother earth rock has crushed him back into being again and again. It had seemed like forever the last time he fell.

MOTHER FUCKERS!, he screams as her shoots into the midday sun as though the earth was burning to death beneath him. With murder on his mind her swoops around above a blanket of clouds, blinded by the sun. Obscure and disturbing phenomenon appears and disappears on sensitive naval equipment. But apart from that there was no-one interested.

He twists in agony and pain, close to the road that winds downwards, through the mountain of loam. It begins to rain. A girl drives towards the anti-life society. She is a long way from home.

COME HERE, the cool voice chirps out from the mountain. I DARE YOU. The girl shivered, trying to keep a firm grip on the steering wheel. It was very foggy in this part of the state and cold green moisture swam in her throat. Something had followed her her from the desert.

A creature of agony blockaded the road. She gasped. It moved into the car beside her, exploding like a fireball. At this rate she would be consumed by the flames. Even before she felt the pain of where she was heading and what she had left behind. Lance made it into the car in no time, consuming her. A way into the ultimate hell was through the mind, he chuckled, as they soared towards the anti-life society.
