.....Kangaroo Valley
I felt like I was moving house
this feeling of flying
of lightness and no-where to stand
It's exciting alright.
Maybe I'll grab a few leaves on the way down
as souvenirs
like a snail collecting vitamins from a tree trunk.
Oh...but I move so much faster
Not directly down...
The wind captures my spirit in little
thrusting pockets of warm air..
The wind is my greyest coat and warm.
everything through a sifter,
aerated, wonderfully light, and forlorn
This feeling of no knowing.
the upper tract of a river
the waterfall of well-being
Sober energy,
is the most incredibly powerful drug.
And as long as I wish and dream,
I'll never come down,
even when nothing's below
I could just go on like this with nothing
forever.
I jump from high places again and again.
