like pollen sticky with Spring
something youthful and simple
and incredibly fresh
like new white linen
something blissful, and
rolling and playful
A ripened labrador puppy
with a squashed ball
Something summery and plentiful
and blue
like a perfect childhood
something precious and gentle
and wonderfully
wonderfully warm.
i feel like sucking my thumb
and gleefully gurgling
