I had little observational experience
I had even deflected your light rays.
Why would my universe be shining?
Your wings fell into a position of prayer.

Let me lift that crow
With the broken wing
Into flight through the storm.
Unbend the trees and broken gutters
The damaged branches
Of the parks and families
All the knocked down grasses.
Show me what is feels like to be loved.
